ICMP (ping) 是常用的攻击工具，为防止您的服务器成为被攻击的对象，有的IDC机房或服务器限制ICMP 限制了ping，如需要监察服务可采用TCP Ping。

下载tcping.exe后放入C:WINDOWSsystem32下就可以了

和运行ping一样，在开始中输入tcping 59.36.100.206就可以了
他的命令是tcping，其他的附加参数和ping查不多
